Hi! I'm Piano.
I'm a self-taught artist from Poland, simply pretending to know what I'm doing.I like skulls, music and pasta.

|| Terms of service ||
GENERAL

  • Commisioned art is for non commercial use only;

  • After you request a commision, you're put in a queue. I will start your commision after I finish the commisions that were requested before yours. You will be informed about your position in the queue;

  • I will send wips and ask for approvement before moving on;

  • My drawing process is a huge "trust the process" so do not be concerned at the beggining stages;

  • Do not rush me. I have a busy schedule and I'm having a hard time working under pressure and rushing me will only make things worse;

  • Finishing a commision usually takes 1-2 months depending on how complex the order is;

  • I reserve myself the right to take up to 12 months to finish a commision (worst case scenario);

  • I don't work with deadlines unless I'm paid handsomely to do so and given at least two weeks to work;

  • I reserve all rights to the artwork at every stage, excluding the rights to the character design and ownership itself;

  • Big changes (e.g. pose, overall character design, mood, general idea) are charged extra after flat color stage;

PAYMENT

  • Payment via Paypal or BLIK/bank transfer (Poland only);

  • Payment upfront or 50/50;

  • I do not take refunds unless I am unable to finish a commision;

  • Don't ask for discounts, I'm broke.

COMMISIONER RIGHTS

I am allowed to:

  • Post, stream the process and use commisioned artwork for my portfolio or to promote myself (unless specifically asked not to with a reason given);

  • Decline your request for any reason without explanation;

  • Add a complexity fee to your commission if I find characters or idea too complex or difficult to draw;

You are allowed to:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes (print it, set as a wallpaper, avatar, icon, etc. with a credit);

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Use my artwork for any profit;

  • Repost my art anywhere without my premission and credit;

  • Claim the art as yours, edit or remove my signature;

  • Use the art against me;

  • Feed my art to AI/ML training or use it as NFT.
